How to download the application?

What are your work timings?
Our working timings are 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.

What are the charges for service?
Our services allow you to have all kinds of garments serviced at the same price. That is, the same pricing for all types of clothing, be it a Shirt, Pants, T.Shirt, Jeans, Sarees, Sherwani, Kurta, Kurtis, Salwar, Silk Sarees, Cotton Sarees, Linen Clothes, blouses, petticoats. Our prices differ for any heavy clothing which has a Cancan-like gown, lehenga, curtains, bedsheets.

What form of ironing is being serviced at Steamee?
We’re a steam ironing service company.

Do you work on Sundays?
No, we do not work on Sundays.

What is the refund/payment failure process?
Refunds will be credited as a cloth credit in your account and payment failure will be reflected in your source of payment.

What if we are away, how does the delivery be processed?
That's not a problem at all! You can easily provide your assigned delivery executive with the information required to pick up or drop off your clothes somewhere accessible (in and around your address).

What if I don’t have the Steamee Bag?
You can re-order the bag from the Steamee app either while scheduling the pick-up of your clothes or by clicking on “more” options on the homepage and “Request a bag” from there. An iron bag will be provided for your future ironing services.

How do we secure the bag if we run out of zip tags?
On the app click on “more” options, and add extra tags from there while scheduling your pick-up, upon delivery we will add the zip tags inside the pouch provided on your ironing bag.

What is the MOQ to make a booking?
The minimum MOQ for free delivery is 15 clothes.

How Do I Schedule A Pickup?
You can schedule your pickup using our app.

Do you mix my clothes with other people’s clothes?
No, the tag ID and the QR code differentiate each bag. We iron one bag at a time.

How do I check my order history?
Click on the “More” option on the app, and select “Order History” option to view your order history.

Can we track our orders?
Yes. On the app, below one can find the “Track” option next to the home button and track the orders from there.

What is the turnaround time for delivery?
The ironed clothes will be delivered within 36 - 48 hours (business days).

Are there any pick-up and delivery charges?
No, we do not charge pick-up or delivery charges for the MOQs of 15 or more clothes.

What happens if my apparel is damaged, stained or lost?
While it is extremely rare, there are circumstances where clothes could be lost, missing, or damaged when in our possession. We take these claims extremely seriously and want to make sure customers are always happy with our service. If you find you need to speak to us about an item, please contact us within 7 days of finding the lost, missing, or damaged items.

Do you pick-up clothes in any other bag apart from Steamee’s bag?
No, we do not accept pick-up if the clothes are not in Steamee’s Bag.

How do I place an order online and is there a way to book offline?
Please place an order using the app. If for some reason you’re unable to book using the app then you can call our customer care number +91-9090903456 and we will provide you assistance.

What if I leave my personal belongings in my pockets?
Steamee’s management isn’t responsible for the loss of any personal belongings that are there in your clothes’s pockets or Steamee's Bag, so please make sure to check the pockets/bag before giving it for ironing.
